Breakthrough Quantum Computing Chip Sets New Standards for Supercomputing

In a monumental leap for the world of technology, a pioneering quantum computing chip has shattered performance barriers, paving the way for an era of computing power previously thought to be science fiction. Developed by a collaboration of leading tech companies and research institutions, this quantum computing breakthrough is set to redefine the landscape of computing, enabling unprecedented speeds and capabilities that could revolutionize industries across the board. Key Highlights of the Quantum Computing Breakthrough: Unprecedented Processing Power: Traditional computers use bits to process information, represented as 0s and 1s. Quantum computers, on the other hand, leverage quantum bits or qubits, which can exist in a superposition of both 0 and 1 states simultaneously. This inherent parallelism allows quantum computers to perform complex calculations at speeds that would be inconceivable for classical computers. Massive Quantum Supremacy: The newly developed quantum chip achie

Extremely rare first Apple computer sold for Rs. 3.2 crore

An extremely rare Apple-1 computer was sold for roughly $471,000 (approx. Rs. 3.2 crore) at an an auction organized by London-based Christies. What's so special about the computer? Well, the auction house describes the machine as "the first personal computer sold with a fully assembled motherboard." Surely, collectors don't set limits. And definitely not for a piece of history like the Apple-1. The auctioned Apple-1, built by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, dates back to 1976. Interestingly, it comes housed in the bottom section of a briefcase, complete with a built-in keyboard. But why the briefcase? Because Apple-1 didn't come with a case of its own and the buyer had to figure out an enclosure. In this case, it ended up in a briefcase. Jobs called Apple-1 "a truly complete microcomputer system on a single PC board... an extremely powerful computer system that can be used for anything from developing programs to playing games." Else, you can just call any mobile number from landline to see how the number is shown on the mobile. -After the number is inserted, Whats

Elon Musk plans 'Neuralink' to connect your brain to computers.

SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk is backing a brain-computer interface venture called Neuralink, according to  The Wall Street Journal . The company, which is still in the earliest stages of existence and has no public presence whatsoever, is centered on creating devices that can be implanted in the human brain, with the eventual purpose of helping human beings merge with software and keep pace with advancements in artificial intelligence. These enhancements could improve memory or allow for more direct interfacing with computing devices. Musk has hinted at the existence of Neuralink a few times over the last six months or so. More recently, Musk told a crowd in Dubai, “Over time I think we will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital intelligence.” He added that “it's mostly about the bandwidth, the speed of the connection between your brain and the digital version of yourself, particularly output." On Twitter, Musk has responded to inquiring fan

Google Maps adding 'Popular Dishes feature', here's what it means.

Looks like Google Maps team is preparing its way to compete with some online food services and aggregators like Yelp, Foursquare and others. The service that not only acts as a dominant app when it comes to directions and navigations, was recently spotted testing a new tab that let users see the popular dishes of a particular restaurant. This comes in addition to the several tabs showing the menu and photos of the particular eating joint, which were already there. The new ‘Popular dishes’ section not only shows just one dish but multiple dishes that according to user reviews are appreciated. As reported by 9to5Google, the dishes are shown with an image in a material design themed cards, tapping on which leads to more reviews and images of the dish. It is worth adding that all this data is gathered from public reviews and images. And since these are public data, they can also ‘Suggest an edit’.  What, however, remains a question is if Google is using its own AI to scan the reviews gi
